The Belmont 303 Summer House sits 8 people plus. Walls are made form the solid oak, designed to prevent any effects of weather damage. Solid oak walls and pine flooring ensure a robust, long lasting and durable structure that is sure to last many years to come.
Solid oak V shape posts create a rare and unique look. Without a doubt, providing the focal point of any garden. So this rustic corner log cabin is a stunning addition to any garden or outdoor space.
The natural timber cracks and knotholes are part of the decoration that add so much character to the structure. As we use very thick wood, naturally the wood will expand and contract. This is because of changes in humidity and the seasons as the wood breathes. This is part of the character of the wood. So the movement will create natural lines and cracks over time.
The roof has 4 layers of cedar shingles. This makes the roof totally weather and water proof. The branches, shelves and fencing are made from solid oak and the timber is already treated.
Bespoke furniture is also available if you wish, with made-to-measure dimensions. This offers a truly tailored approach to your seasonal property.

Please Note. As these products are created using very thick natural wood, please be aware cracks and splits will appear. This is due to weather changes. As oak dries out it shrinks across the grain and splits. Equally as moisture gets into oak, then it will swell and crack. This is totally normal and nothing to worry about. It will not affect the quality or structure of the product.
